Vodafone India — Postpaid to prepaid migration request cancelled without notice/information along with extremely slow internet faced since a week or more

I have requested for SIM migration from postpaid to prepaid. Right from that day, I have been facing severe data issues. I cannot browse through any webpage nor any app. Sometimes my mobile data icon doesn't show in the notification tab on top. I called them up yesterday morning and found that my request for POSTPAID to PREPAID migration has been cancelled. I made up my mind for continuing with postpaid only later on but this was totally unacceptable. I have been calling vodafone up for Internet issues but not getting any proper solution and is still facing the issue. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Nov 16, 2016 ARVIND Brahamnu's response Stern action should be taken. As one side we are giving profit to company by using this and other side the company were looting their customers.

I am a customer of Vodafone and using their internet.This company cheating me by detecting balance in six days rs 45, 35&15 total 95 rupee on my no [protected]. On quarry make excuses that u activate this or that service. company teasing befouling the customers. This is a routine practice of their. its big issue why they befool innocent customers
