Vodafone India — Postpaid to prepaid problems | |||||
I convert my vodafone prepaid sim in to vodafone postpaid sim about 1 year ago. Last month i go to my vodafone offiice to convert my sim again in prepaid but they said that it will not convert now, it will convert after one month so i will go to office again on 18 april 2017 with full documents and recharge. First they was refusing to do that but when i call vodafone customer care and complaint about it and they are not talking in good manner also. After all they was ready to convert my postpaid sim into prepaid sim. I complete all paper works and they asked me 95 rs for fr also. They given my a new sim and told me that the sim will be activated in 72 hours. I checked many times but this will not activated yet. Today is 8 may and still not activated. I am a student so how i can i manage that amount because i am sure that the new bill will be come again. I am trying before 3 months for converting my postpaid sim into prepaid sim because the bill was too high. So i want to convert my sim into prepaid again. O i want to tell you that i go to vodafone offiice approx 10 times within 40 days, firstly thay are ready to convert my sim and now if the sim converts then its not activated yet. O i talked customer care and then i come to know that the sim is still in postpaid. So i am complaining you that i will not go to my vodafone office again because i tired for going again and again. I already paid my bill because of there pendings. So i will not pay again my next bill. I am student here in kanpur uttar pradesh india and i was using my aunt's id proof for postpaid bills.
