I have been using vodafone postpaid since last 6 years and now i want to convert my sim to prepaid. Had raised a request for the conversion on 7th of november and have escalated this to the customer care several times since then. Now they want me to again go to the store and solve the issue myself. Why does vodafone even have a custoer care if everytie i need to visit the stupid store. When while giving the connection they can be so courtious then why not while closing the connection. I will not pay my postpaid bill, let the now call me as i am done calling and following up. # vodafone service.
