Hi,
I have recently migrated from postpaid to prepaid, i went to vodafone store & submitted all the required proofs also cleared all my bills with extra 160 bugs
(I donno why they collected extra amount)
But now after a week, i keep on getting messages saying due to non submitting documents your connection would have been barred. And they stopped my services,
I tried to talk to customer care, these guys are ridiculous no one knows why the problem is & they kept me on hold for about 5 mins. After 5 mins they transferred my call to prepaid, again they started asking me about the problem, i explained her too, then she started asking nonsense questions like have you called some 59059 & later she replied that she 's gonna transfer my call to postpaid department, hell...
What kind of a service is this
Hell with this vodafone services.
I don't understand that for whom they are working
They don't care about the customers.
They are lease bother about the customers.
I donno how they recruit the people in their customer care
I really fed up with their services.
"i know nothing is gonna be happen with my complaint"
But still its my responsibility to share my experience.
