[Resolved] Vodafone India — Range Issue at Ernakulam (Kochi).Kerala | |||
I have been complaining about range problems at my residence located at Vaduthala, Ernakulam which is 4km away from the heart of Ernakulam city(Kochi). I had given complaint to customer care team several times but no one has turned over to find a solution. My complaint is solved by Vodafone team by visiting my residence and described the reason for low range.
They had done the necessary steps to clear the issue by visiting the near by vodafone tower.
