Vodafone India — Receipt of bill

I have paid my vodafone bill for oct 2016 rs 312 for mob no [protected] by cheque.i need receipt of this payment done by me for re embursing the bill.but wen wen i asked for it at vodafone store nizampura vadodara i was refused for the receipt.if payment is made ..no matter in any form cheque cash or any card..its ur duty to give the receipt.pls look into the matter and provide me atlrast soft copy od receipt on [protected]@yahoo.in.a w
