[Resolved]  Vodafone India — Received Blackmailing calls from a person in the name of vodafone Bill payment

I was having a payment due to be made and after the due date was approached I got call from a person who claimed to be a police and asked me to pay the bill within 15 mins else they would take action against me.On this I immediately went to vodafone office and while I was at vodafone office I again got a call asking me to pay the bill instantly.while I told him I am at the office and negotiating with them as I never got any response from Vodafone properly for my mails on my Bill.I will speak directly and pay the correct amout.(Vodafone had prroduced a wrong bill to whhich they agreed also and I was given a off of 800+ rupees) which they had wrongly charged.But the person on call did not listen to me and started to read out my address an said "Anyway you shall be reaching home.See hwat happens to you once you return".This is the most annoying thing a service provider could do to get bill paid from a customer.After I paid the negotiated bill I never recived a call back from the person. Again I was told my connection has been processed for cancellation and my final bill has to be paid and the bill which I had paid last was supposed to be the final bill .But again I have recived a mail from Vodafone saying the connection has been processed for cancellation and a final bill has to be paid next month.I do not understand how many time they would charge me a final bill? Vodafone is the worst service provide and has caused lot of my time and energy and money to be wasted running behind it. Most of all they never give u a proper response to your mails and I had even sent an annoyance mail regarding the blackmailing call I received in the name of bill payment but they never found the imporatnce to reply for the content I had mentioned. next thins is they unneceraly cut balance saying some random download which we would not even be aware of and charge you. Thirdy they say they shall cost you 50 P after 3 minutes if we call to the customer care number and the most annoying part is they would never answer you for the first 3 minutes and the customer care would only respond after the completion of the 3 min or sometimes even after 10 mins. I must say the service provided is worse and I have had to face so much wastage of time and money because of the Vodafone connection I request the concerned authorities to pleasehave a look at it and take necessary action against the complain Thanks, A very much anooyed customer from Bangalore
