I recharged with a plan of rs 143/- (Web/app only) on 03/12/2017. It was advertised as follows: 5% cashback as talk time, 2gb data and unlimited calls for 28 days. It was not mentioned as vodafone to vodafone unlimited plan. Vodafone gave me 5% cashback and 2gb data. However, they are refusing to give me unlimited call facility saying that the plan was vodafone to vodafone unlimited. I told them it was not. I have raised this to their nodal officer but without any success. And mysteriously that plan has now disappeared from their website. It does not even appear in their app anymore. I am not satisfied with the speed of Internetto my connection I'm getting only 20-200 Kb/s only is it 3g please do something about it unless I'm porting my sim to another tele communication brand
