Vodafone India — recharge done not reflecting in account | |||
Hi, I had ported to vodafone in the month of august and i recharged of amount rs 445 (84 days plan). I made a cash payment of rs 445 at vodafone gallery around mid august and number was activated on 29th aug. However, the same recharge was not activated on my account and i was not able to perform outgoing calls due to no balance. I had to make recharge payment of rs 349 to be able to perform outgoing calls. I just had a word with vodafone customer care representative and he informed me that vodafone received a payment of 349 rs from me and it has been forfeited by the 445 rs recharge that i had done before. I repeat again that i had to recharge the amount of rs 349 because vodafone had not activated my rs 445 plan immediately and delayed it for more that 1 day despite of payment done a week early. I must say i am utterly disgusted by the fraud that vodafone is committing and it does not have decency to refund my recharge money at least. If this is the service i am getting in vodafone, i have to rethink of sticking to vodafone as my service provider. Was this information helpful? | |||
