Vodafone India — recharge for rs 347

Dear sir,
I had got my mobile recharged for rs 347 on 12th july for voice and data.
As per plan 1 gb of 3g data free but after 1 gb the plan now seems finished.
It is absolutely pathetic and i am unable to use the data at all.
Pls help me resolving the same.
My phone no. Is [protected] on which the recharge was done.
Due this i am unable to us the data services for which i have the money.
I had received the message that the plan is now active and can use the same.
It is like cheating a customer who is using the services.

Till date there is no update on the complaint. I had a received a call about the problem from where i don't know.
I was suppose to get the money reimbursed.
Payment was made thru the Amex Credit Card on 12th July 2017.
Looking forward to hear from you.

I have sent the complaint to National consumer forum also. Looking forward to here from your end.
