Vodafone India — recharge got failed but cash did not refund yet

Dear sir, I amit pal singh tried to online recharge my mobile data worth rs.198 on my number [protected] on 2nd oct 2014. My money is deducted from my account but recharge not done successfully. Transaction detail are followed:- POS [protected] Vodafone_BD POS DEBIT, Cheque/Ref No:[protected]. I request you to refund my money as soon as possible. I would be very thankful to you.
