Vodafone India — recharge not processed but money deducted | |||
Dear vodafone, I recharged rs. 458 for my vodafone prepaid mobile ([protected]) on 24.01.2018 at 9:21 pm via my vodafone app and paid the amount using debit card. But the recharge was not processed and i got a message stating "your request to recharge 458 inr cannot be processed at this time. Transaction number is onr[protected]." while rs. 458 was deducted from bank account. Please do the needful to get it corrected or return my money as early as possible as it has already been 4 days and no return has been done.
