Dear sir/madam I have purchased 3g data card in last year after launching 4g - why the vodafone team cheated and gave me 3g data card??? I am not able to use 4g with obsolete data card of vodafone – who will be reimbursed cost of my data card??? As per vodafone team commitment, that for one year bill will come rs. 650 only – why they have changed the plan to rs.750 after 4-5 month??? After a lot of communications by mail and verbal to vodafone local team, customer care team/ payment team - why they did not correct my bill? Why they did not responded? Why did they force/helpless to me for stop the payments??? I have used your data card for [protected]@650/month and total cost should be rs.5850 and i have already paid to vodafone approx. 7000.00- who will reimburse the difference amount to me??? Why the vodafone doing my harassment by issuing demand letter??? Why the vodafone is not replacing 3g data card with new 4g data card???
