I am vodafone network user.. I bought a number from vodafone store sector-15, chandigarh. The number they provided is [protected] and asked me to recharge the calling and internet pack for rs 445. After 15 days, my number was barred. I had to visit the vodafone store to ask the reason. They suggested incomplete verification is the reason and asked me to take another new number which is [protected] and they also said that recharge money will be transferred to my new number. The money has not been transferred yet on the new number. Again i visited vodafone store, this time the reason stated was activation of multiple numbers on same identity proof which i have never done. I have used only two vodafone numbers in the past. Even if this was the issue, its their duty to prior check for it and not to ask the customer to buy number again and get it recharged. Now, i am badly tortured and i don't want to use vodafone number. I want full refund of rs. 445. Was this information helpful? |
