Vodafone India — refund not transferred

Sir requesting u to please look into this matter complain with service registration no:[protected] is still not resolved. Promised to resolve by 22nd march. Visited vodafonein store and called customer service lot of times. But vodafone is pathetic. Almost 3 months passed but no help
