Vodafone India — Refusal to recharge mobile phone and/or provide costomer service. | |||||
Recently on[protected] the vodafone office in nanjangud refused to recharge my mobile for $250. I asked the vodafone woman for a $250 recharge but she refused to do the recharge for me, and furthermore, she would not give me the reason for not wanting to to do the recharging. Why? Note: i had two nanjangud police members with me waiting for me outside, so at that time i asked them to confronted the vodafone lady associate about her behaviour. They did so, she responded by referring me to another shop directly next door to complete the recharge. Why? Why am i being denied service? Is it because i filed a complaint before about louse service at the vodafone office in nanjangud.
