Vodafone India — Reg data recharge balance

I am Vodafone prepaid customer with using number[protected]. I recharged an amount of Rs 199 unlimited 2G data recharge on 9 July 15, the connection was really slow again I recharged with Rs 8 for 3G for one day on 13 July 15 for an emergency. during the recharge I was not informed that if I recharge again the existing plan will be overwritten and any balance with be nullified. This is day light robbery, you provide inferior service and at least the remaining amount should be credited to the account. Request you credit the balance amount to my account with immediate effect.
