Vodafone India — regarding blocking of my number | |||||
Sir, i am using vodafone's number and a bill of rs.643/- was due on me for the month of july 2017, which i have paid on line with my axis bank app, but the company have restricted my outgoing call, due to which i am facing irreparable loss. I have requested many times at customer care, using other mobile number, but all in vain. I could not submit my bill due to engage in some problem and now i had submit my bill 02 days ago, but company is not continuing my outgoing calls, even not considering properly my grievances. I am using this number for long time. Now for last two days i am unable to use my number, in most critical moments. By this act of service provider i feel too much harassed. I have been a vodafone associate distributor for a while now but I have no idea what to expect from vodafone, monetary and service benefits. Can you help me understand what can I expect from vodafone as an associate distributor. I feels like due to my ignorance the main distributor or the vodafone is ripping me off.
