With reference to the message recived on 21st in my no [protected] i have done recharge of amount 158, but not yet i didnt get its benefits, so i called customer care and they told am not eligible for this offer, thus i lost my money, but in that message they did nt mention as it as a special offer, so to register my complanit i called vodafone customer care several times but they are disconnecting my call..even they have committed call back within 24 hours but not yet i recieved a call from their side, whatever it is am a genuine customer, but vodafone customer executives especially Selvi she hurted me too much, am using vodafone sim (different nos) from 2001 onwards, but its my decision to port my nos to any other network only bcoz of vodafone executives behaviour.as a customer am going to register my complaint in TRAI or consumer court.
