I have received a very high bill for my mobile no. [protected] from vodafone, on further inspection, the executive told me that there were some internet services running on my mobile browser. I have checked all the setting and did not find anything, i called vodafone regarding this many time but they did not provide any help. Finally when i see that bill was coming high i have asked them to discontinue my services, but they keep on adding bills for 2-3 months simply and asked me to pay entire amount. Though i have paid entire amount they still sending me notices and asking me to appear in court. They do not stop here, there recovery agent called my wife and used very abusive languages (F* and other stuff like this, cant even mention those). If vodafone cant correct the errors in the billing, they are not supposed to charge and recover this wrong amount. Vodafone has tortured my family like anything and i will strongly take action on this. Strongly recommend people not to avail vodafone services Was this information helpful? |
