Vodafone India — regarding misleading the customer, deactivate the mobile no. | |||||
I referred mob no. [protected] to the vodaphone customer care, according to ""vodafone's bring a programme"" for postpaid connection. Then on 14/09/2017, one person fro vodafone office came to my reffered person. I also was there. He told plan of 199/- rupee, and this plan will be valid upto 3 month. And after 3 month this plan will be converted into 299/-. Then he received 250 rupees and he gave bill receipt, and followed the procedure, gave the sim card and returned back to vodafone office. After some days sms came on my reffered person's mobile no. Your no. Will be deactivated bcoz your verification is not done. And today my reffered person's mobile no. Is deactivated now. My reffered person is helpless. And vodafone customer care is demanding 500/- and saying your plan is of 499. They misleading me and my reffered persons. What to do.? Tell me something.
