Vodafone India — regarding mobile portability | |
Dear sir, My vodafone mobile no is (Protected) i am applied porting from vodafone network to bsnl network on 02.11.2017 and i have time up-to 16.11.2017. On 06.11.2017 vodafone care called me to clear the outstanding bill for further process so i did same on 07.11.2017 i paid the total bill and asked the vodafone care to help me for porting as soon as possible but until 16.11.2017 my request is not proceed. On the same day i called vodafone care to remove network and the care person told your network will removed by 16.00hrs on 16.11.2017. But till date they didn't do any thing and from last two days i am trying to talk with vodafone care i am not connected, today (18.11.2017) i called vodafone care and spoke to manager his name is raghavendra he is telling to resend the msg and we will proceed and again it will take 15days.. So now i want to know that why vodafone care is not told me that i have to re send the massage on their first called for billing, why no detail information Or any sms regarding rejection o[censored]pc and why they waste my valuable time. Now i am not going pay any bill and re send any massage again for porting i want immediate action and i want porting immediately Was this information helpful? | |
