Dear Sir/Madam, I want to draw your attention regarding a serious issue which i faced today morning .Today morning i recharged my mobile [protected] with Rs. 54.00 and got only 0.54 but according to your vodafne site (https://shop.vodafone.in/shop/rechargeOffers.jsp#) i should get Rs. 45.06.For the same i have talked with CHAITALI via VODAFONE LIVE CHAT, but she didnot give me satisfactory reply.For your confirmation i am attaching the screen shot.Have a look and solve the issue at the earliest.Waiting for your response.
