Vodafone India — regarding to care service | |||
Respected sir/Madam, I used the vodafone card ([protected]) around the 2 and a half years. Today, 2 sept. 2014 the Gprs pack of 199 Rs. But, the speed of internet is too slow that for loading of simple page like google take 10 to 15 minutes. When I call for that problem they can give me satisfying answer even a single person of 6 call that I call from diff. number. Some of them give me wrong information and silly answers. Some of the name that I talked are Makawana Dinesh, Ashok, Asarf Shekh, and piyush. Asarf give me a number ([protected]) and told me that it is the number of nodal officer named Binnu Nayar, which solve my problem. But when I call on that number, I found that the number is not exist.Such wrong information is given by him. Also when I talked to piyush he told me that he didn't get my voice clearly so go to the terrace where the network is full even then he told me that your voice is not came clearly. And this problem is faced by my friend circle also and same response is given. So, Sir/madam I hope that you can understand my situation and you take the necessary step regarding the problem. So, I call on 2 sept. 2014 for the response but they were not give properly answer and give wrong excuse such like that they can not transfer the call to the manager and 2 or 3 times they drop my number on hold then cut it.

yah its totally true such problem is also happen to the consumer.
