Vodafone India — regarding vodafone address verification failed

Address:

Thane, Maharashtra, 401202

I was having prepaid number [protected] (Since my college days-6 yrs).
I converted it to postpaid.
First week it worked fine.
I did tele-verification also.
Then suddenly service got stopped.
After calling vodafone care,
I came to know that
My address verification is pending
Then i got an appointment,
He came and verified my details,
Then after still service is not active.
