Sir/Madam 3-4 march 2015 ko mere voda fone account se 40 rs dedyct ho gye or wo isliye hue ki jab mene *121# presa kiya to usme best offers me 99 me pizza ka offer diya hua tha or jab mene yah jan ne ke liye ki vodafone me pizza ka offer kyun he press 1 kiya to mere 40 rs accounts se deduct ho gye or tabhi mene turant Mr. rajveer ji ko cust care par call kiya to unhone puri bat sun ke phone cut kar diya or uske bad 111 pe kai bar call kiya but koi sunvai nhi hui to last me net pe se mene nodal officer ke mob no liye[protected]Mr. Vijay Kumar) se 3 din pahle bat hui thi to unhone kha ki prblm resolve ho jayegi but jab aaj date 9/3/2015 ko unse fir se bat hui to unhone bilkul response nhi diya, mujhe mere 40rs vapas account me credit chahiye otherwise mera yah no band ke de ya port kr de, mujhe esi service nhi chahiye jisme cust ko befkoof bnaya jaye.
