Vodafone India — rejection based on assumption | |||||
My claim documents were accepted after re-sending the same documents and few arguments and spoon-feeding. Each and everytime they come with new additional document. After all these barriers finally my docs were accepted and they finally sent a repudiation today with a reason which is completely ir-relevant to my query and damage that was mentioned in my claimant form. Not sure who is the claim approver or manager and is there a way to escalate this??? I do not have an escalation number in the site provided. Claim number: [protected]. My claim is for screen damage/ cracks on my mobile Happened in my office located in chennai The claim rejection reason was for not filing a police complaint & barring the sim card and incident happened outside indian territory. Dont know when chennai was nominated as a separate country. Funny people in the world still exists in this modern day, atleast happy for that!! Can someone please take a look at this claim and proceed with further escalation. I would like this claim to be processed. The bad part is i am a prominent customer of vodafone for past 6 years.
