Vodafone India — Repeated charging of vas without consent even after complaint | |||
Vodafone has been charging my account with non-consent value added service without any prior notice. This has happened even after repeated calls reporting this issue to the customer care service provided by vodafone and with disregard for previous complaint registered. I have closed 5 connections from Voda. There customer support is as best as hell and nodal officer is not bothered about others time, perhaps bothered about own salary only, Joseph Vincent, port out is the only remedy...if 100 customers like you port out then only they will understand the full form of CRM
