Hi, myself charanjit singh # [protected]. I activated international roaming in the month of may 2017.
I requested to deactivate international roaming once i was back in india end on may 2017.
I received june bill with 150 added as intl roaming. I call them in 1st week of july and asked them why it was not deactivated, your stupid customer service executive said will do the needful.
Again i received july bill with rs. 150 added as intl roaming. Is this not a nonsense or vodafone has so downgraded that cannot pay your employees salary and covering that amount from people like us.
Guys, be professional and work like professional and maintain your standard. There so many complaints from customers i see when i go myself for some reason at your vodafone store, i see valued customers yelling like anything to your executives. They have some reason to yell because of your stupid/non relevant service which you offer to your valued customers.
I've been using vodafone since many years if you look at my records. I do have choice, i really do but didn't wanted to do that since you'll are forcing me to go for it. Two months (June & july) i paid 150 extra each and total is 300 which i could've easily added to the charity to whom i pay monthly at least they would give me blessings. Hence it is my humble request you to waive off the 150 which you'll added to the month of july for nothing.
