Vodafone India — requested to can cancel number and getting bills every month. | |
I had a number with vodafone and i wished to surrender it. I know that my bill cycle starts on 1st of every month. So i paid all my dues for the previous month on august 1st and placed an request to cancel the number on august 2nd. They asked me to send a mail to the customer service through my registered mail id and i did the same. I received reply stating that the cancellation request has been registered and the number would be cancelled within 7 days. I received a call back and they too confirmed the same. So, i received a bill the next month to be charged pro rata basis till august 9. I paid it too honestly. However, the number was reactivated automatically without my consent and every month i receive bill for rs.300+. I had to mail them again, call again and the same thing happened. It was promised again that the number would be deactivated within 7 days and the bill amount was waived. However, now i have received bill for november too with late payment fees. Late payment fees was charged for the bill that was waived off and not paid by me. I feel really bad. I wonder what the problem is with the customer support. Was this information helpful? | |

I am convert to 4G Sim but msg system is loss and outgoing and incoming msg is stoped i Complent 198 coustmer care 2, 3, times but not resoled the complent you are not saport plz I am chang the company mathed send.
