[Resolved] Vodafone India — rgarding the excess payment | |||
sir this is nahit Goyal my cell no is [protected]. actually i ahve been using the vodafone postpaid no for more than a year. earlier i was getting the very good services but before two or three months when i saw my bill and got shocked to see that the bill was additional having amount of 200 Rs or something. i called customer care and i paid it then i had a call with customer care and got an additional pack of 199 for extra net usage ..(i had a plan of 249 rs in which 400 mins +1 gb net 2g) then last month around the date 20 i called customer care and i told them to get a pack deactivated of rs 199 and suddenly i came to know that my credit limit was of rs 3800 and my outstanding bill was rs 4800 so i got shocked then i called customer care and they told me that the extra amount of was net so i told them that i hav ea pack of 1 gb so theu told me yr bill dat is 7th of the month so wait till 7th feb then your amount will be adjusted ... suddenly they discontinued my outgoing calls on saturday. now m suffering a lot ...
