I'm jasmi fernandes using vodafone since a decade with number [protected]. I spoke to your customer care for change in plan.
I have a corporate plan and needed a change in plan as per my colleague received from you guys as she was porting to airtel. Her 349 rental plan was changed to 299 and that's the same i required as we both were under same corporate plan.
I spoke to raj the call operator and he told me the above that my friend has a discount provided by your company and for your plan change i will transfer the call to billing and plan team (I believe that team which tells you various rentals.)
I spoke to this guy junaid who'm i explained the issue, but he was not ready to believe me and either your systems and stuck stating my friend is using the 349 plan only. I was not satisfied with his reply and wanted to speak to senior he was not ready to transfer the phone and stated seniors are unavailable, that was at about 5:10 p. M. The cal went uptill 5:35 p. M. And i insisted to speak to the senior. He was trying to frustrate me and finally when i had a bad word spoken he dropped the call.
I want to as why the hell do you'll do this way?
I have had a very bad experience and will definitely port my number to airtel.
