This is to infrom you that i am vodaphone consumer for more then 5 year. Today i call customer care regarding some query. Csr Nibetha infrom me regarding same but i was not satisfied, so i ask transfer the call to TL.She rufuse it stating i will not transfer i ask her multiple time she was rigid when i ask the reason she failed to give proper reason. I told her that i will complaint she said do i don;t care. I revert her hardly.What kind of idiotic Csr you have what;s wrong transfering the call.
Look into this natter on serious note.

Vodaphone when it come to sale you want to do it asap, when it come to complaint and service it will take several days.It shout to First Call Resolution.You don't remember you own policy this shows if Company is like this product will be like ### Csr Nibetha who deal the customer in Unprofessional Manner.
When it come to rating it is not even Zero it is Minus.
