Vodafone India — serious issues on vodafone service. | |||
I am debasis halder, i am facing a serious problem with my vodafone sim, i have recharge "344" (@ 344 i. E 28 days local/ std all call free + 1gb/day inet on dated 08.08.2017. But, on 22.08.2017 i found that call charges are deducting from main account balance. I informed to customer care, they assured me problem will be solved. But at next day i found the same thing, i. E. Call charges are deducting from main account balance. Then i have registered complain at vodafone customer care over 198, i received a sms service registration number [protected] is registered on 23.08.17, 11:39 am. We shall respond to your query by friday 25/08/17 11:38 am. But, unfortunately no call received from vodafone care on or before that mentioned time. So, i called again at customer care after 12 pm on 25/08/17 and cce asked me to wait till 6 pm. After 6 pm i tried to call at customer care but didn't get. Now today, 26/08/2017 i received a call from [protected] at 10:59 am and she told me that all the problem has been solved and you will get all benefit along with your deducted balance refund. I told her that still balance is deducting from my main account balance, but she advised me please check it, that was call summary not balance deduction. But, it is very unfortunate that problem has not been solved yet. Now at evening, i called at customer care and spoke with kiranmoy pal and asked me that he needs 48 hours to solve this problem gave me a registration number - "[protected]".
