[Resolved] Vodafone India — Service barred due to incorrect bill. | |||
Hi All, This is the third month with Vodafone and the customer service is absolutely pathetic. My service are barred for the second consecutive month (For multiple times) causing me lot of inconvenience and issues. Last month Vodafone has added an extra charge of 1050 rupee in my bill and since the total (Rs. 2100) exceeded the limit of 1500, they barred my services before the bill due date almost 20 times. Every time i had to call Vodafone ask some to unbar my services and every time it took an supervisor to understand my concern. (why are the frontline representatives so dumb?) To solve this initial issue it almost took me 2 weeks’ time and mean while my service were barred time and again and i kept calling the customer service to get it unbarred. This month my approximation of the bill is supposed to be between 800 to 1000, and again they have produced a bill of Rs. 1800. Since its not 24 hrs post my bill is generated they cannot explain me my bill, but they can BAR MY SERVICES !!! (What a pathetic way to help your customers) I am absolutely certain that there are errors in this month’s bill as well. In efforts to get my concern resolved today i called your customer service and i got nothing but lies and false expectation. i spoke with Yakub at 17:30 and was promised a call back within 1hr as supervisors were busy. I waited almost 3 hrs and there was no call back. When i called back customer service again, they informed me that no supervisors are available and to get my issue sorted i will have to call back again tomorrow and just to mention mean while MY SERVICES ARE BARRED!!! SO Please suggest me what and How can i escalate this issue further??? I am really annoyed with the poor service and pathetic customer service. Regards, Sudhansu Shekhar Bisoi.
