[Resolved] Vodafone India — Service delivery fault, overcharges and very poor performance by customer care | |||
HI there, My name is yashwant and this is bring to your notice that i got two vodafone postpiad connection which has 199 plan and 1 gb data plan active. after using it for two years, the company people are saying that one of my number was not having my data plan active and they are asking me to pay 6000 INR for 1.5 GB usage. When i tried resolving it, a customer care guy called kamal hs banged call on me. Please suggest the best act for the same. Was this information helpful? | |||
