Vodafone India — services applied without approval

Today i got my postpaid bill and they have charged 150 rs extra for some top doctors online services which i have never subscribed.
Now they are saying you have applied for it online so we didn't send any confirmation message and you have to pay for it.

I am not going to pay for such services..

I want vodafone to remove the charges from the bill..
