Vodafone India — services disconnected | |||
I am most unfortunate mother who lost her 33 years old son on 14th july 2017. My daughter in law left me alone in 14 days after that. I am 60 years lady who has no family member now. My daughter in law's vodafone no, is [protected] and unpaid bill amount is rs.15552/- Because of her unpaid bill my phone vodafone has been disconnected. I have lost my son and now phone is disconnected. Vodafone very insensitive. For them my son's death is not big thing i showed them the death certificate they want their money when i am not even using that phone. I am paying my bills regularly which is always around rs.600/-. My phone no. Why should the disconnect? Why should i pay the phone bill which i have never used. I am as it is in such a shock. How can a widow mother who lost her son 4 months back can pay such a big amount that too not of my phone. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||
