I ask vodafone how dare your customer care call center staff mr. Santosh kumar (Name as said by him) can insult and misbehave / misconduct with me so severely over phone (At 5.50 am on 01.11.17) with so much of abusive languages (Not worth to be written here) and threaten me to even disconnect my vodafone number, unless i immediately 'withdraw my complaint'? In his hindi version the english transcript is "aap bangali-log itna der tak shote ho keya? Sala tu abbhi phone rakh. Vodafone-ko tera baap-ka jaidad samajh rakkha hai keya? Abbhi-ke-abbhi tera sikayat waps le le, nahin to tera vodafone-ka connection-hi cut dunga mein." the above statements were however not continuous, but in a discrete manner.
Then he himself put down the phone without listening to my complaint in detail, about 'net balance not been available' after pre-paid recharging, that i inserted through vodafone website. He seemed being more interested about going in to the maximum details (!) of my sbi debit card e. G. Card no., cvv code, password etc (Which are forbidden to be shared with any outsider) what i used for the above recharge, attributing the 'delay in getting the net balance' to it. He seemed being under influence of something / substance immoral and extraordinary... With too much abnormality. Is he (Or any other vodafone staff) is authorized with free hand, to deal with your customer in such a highly objectionable manner? Does it reflect how 'careful' vodafone customer care is? I have already reported that in my e-mail dated 03.11.17.
