[Resolved] Vodafone India — Shame on the part of Vodafone | |||
I have recharged my Vodafone prepaid mobile No. [protected] on line with Rs.673.00 Bonus card on 30 June 2014 for International roaming and the balance after recharge was Rs.1274.19. The details are as follows : Online Recharge ; Name: Bonus Card 673 Order ID: o[protected] Payment Transaction ID : MSMP[protected] Date & Time of purchase : 30 Jun, 2014 16:43:45 Amount: Rs. 673.0/- I have tried to activate the International roaming services while I was in Singapore / Malaysia. But, the roaming service was not activated / not available. I have returned to India on[protected]. Though International roaming service was not activated / not made available on my phone and though I have not made any out going calls and have not received any incoming calls, the balance in my account is showing as Rs.600.05. This shows that an amount of Rs.674.14 was wrongly deducted from my account for no reason. Call record of my number [protected] may please be verified to see whether I have made any out going calls or I have received any incoming calls. I have made several representations to Vodafone at vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com to verify the records and rectify the wrong deductions.I have requested to credit the Bonus card amount of Rs.673.00 (+) the wrongly deducted amount of Rs.674.14 = Rs.1347.14 to my balance.
