[Resolved] Vodafone India — Silk pack has been active without user interaction | |||||
I have not requested active silk pack on my number [protected] without doing any thing deducted 35 rs from main account, vodaf.. Sent me a message silk pack is now active on our number a 7 day rental as rs 35 has been deducted on[protected], 9.28pm.. Request to refund rs 35 amount my account from vodafone, If i had called to customer care they are irresponsible and telling we dont no what kind of services is active and how it is active like that.
