I lost my sim (phone) on 26th of April, 2017.
On 27th, I got a new sim that, I was told, was supposed to get activated in 2 hours
It has been 8 days and I am still carrying an INACTIVE SIM.
I have called the so called "customer care" about half a dozen times. I had to call your useless customer care 4 times just to get the sim blocked in the first place.
I visit the vodafone store every morning and they send me back saying they would call me.
No points for guessing I don't receive any calls.
A store representative by the name Parag Kamble gave me his number and asked me to call on it. I have been calling on that number for 3 days, he doesn't answer any call, doesn't call back. When I called from another number, he hung up on me as soon as he realized it was me.
This has become a mental harassment for me.
I want 2 things to happen:
1.My vodafone number to get activated ASAP.
2.This fellow be punished for such careless and harassing behaviour. Was this information helpful? |
