Vodafone India — sim card and customer care issues | |||
I had to get a new nano sim for an already existent micro sim and i had approached a vodafone care center in perambur. The customer care executive had refused to process my request and also misbehaved with a consumer. The executive was misbehaving to a previous consumer in a worse manner and was blaming him for a problem that he had approached the centre with. Was this information helpful? | |||
