Vodafone India — sim convert to prepaid from postpaid but new sim not | |||
I have applied for converting my postpaid sim to prepaid on 7 th sept 2017 i have also paid with my previous bill with my photo and i'd proof at colonel chowmuhani vodafone mini store opposit to trinayani.. My old postpaid sim deactivate on 16 sept but till now my new sim is not activated, i have contacted with vodafone mini store at mantribari road they assured me to call back after enquiry but till now no communication done by them. Your customer care cell is also helpless about the matter. I can't visit your store as i am ill. Please look into the matter.
