Vodafone India — Sim deactivated due to no verification/negligence | |||
John pintu rayappan I have been a happy vodafone prepaid customer for the past 6 years. 3 weeks back i decided to change to postpaid. I have submitted all documents. Its my own house. But no one has come for verification. The agents verify on the phone and say that a person will come for verification. I have also visited vodafone store regarding the same. Its my only phone number which i also use for business. I dont have an alternate number. Due to this im troubled both mentally and monetarily. I never expected this kind of service from vodafone. 3 weeks is too much. Please activate my number. [protected] Also look into the kind of people you have appointed for verification purposes.
