Vodafone India — sim deactivation and return excess paid amount

July 3rd called ur customer care number and told deactive my num.. Still not deactivated. Bill is generated every month. Y should i pay money. June month paid extra 400rs pls return my extra amount. When ever i called customer care they told we solve the prob after two days our excutive member call back. Last two months i didnt get call from customer care ppl.

July 3rd I called ur customer care number regarding sim deactivation. Still my number is not deactivated. june month i paid extra 350rs.I want 350rs.Whenever i called ur customer care they told within 24hrs we call back. but still i didnt get any call from ur executive members.y should pay august month bill.I have all proof.i want my extra amount.very disappointed.
now i will change port req for remaining two postpaid number.i m willing to moving to airtel network.
