Vodafone India — Sim number suddenly deactivated and given to other customer | |||||
Dear sir/ madam, My vodafone prepared sim was active till last february 2017, but suddenly, it was deactivated in march with out any intimation. Since i am currently out of town so asked my wife to visit vodafone store to submit documents and re activate my mobile number [protected], but they told it can't be done as they have given this number in the market. Using this number for last 8 years being in kolkata, i am very disappointed to see such irresponsible behavior from a company like vodafone. I know i can't do anything at this moment, but will spread this information as far as possible to all social media and twitter and zee helpline staff to make alert and awareness about vodafone Was this information helpful? | |||||
