Vodafone India — sim reactivation and loss of money | |||
Went to vodafone store to activate my existing perpaid number on new sim as my phone was stolen but store executive said we don't have the prepaid sim in stock!! Are you kidding me? Vodafone don't you have any system in place. As i need the number urgently asked her to issue the postpaid sim but no action till 3rd day evening, again visited the vodafone store now they have the prepaid sims available so asked to activate the prepaid sim only and also confirms will there be any problem as postpaid request is already in system but she said in full confidence if prepaid sim get activated then postpaid will never get activated. Oks till then also things are bearable. But same day in evening prepaid sim is activated and now the (Vodafone's extremely amazing and wonderful scheme, to sell the postpaid connections forcefully to generate the great revenues by charging like anything and meeting their targets which they might not be able to achieve since how many years, only god knows.) comes into the play. Next day evening my prepaid connection deactivated and postpaid connection is activated on top of it even without the proper address verification and televerification. Isn’t this great!!! Also my last prepaid sim has voice and data balance which will now goes to vodafone pocket. Who will compensate that loss?? Stop screwing vodafone. Please device new strategies to increase the revenues rather that these ponzi schemes. Was this information helpful? | |||
