I lost my phone in train & den requested the borivali store to issue a duplicate SIM.
As the SIM was in my husband's name they verified all details & said it would be courier, as per not available & the SIM would reach you within 24hours.
Same day, when I went to check if the SIM has been dispatched in courier, Lady STEFFI informed me that process has been changed since yesterday & kept apologizing for her untrained & not updated staff.
She did not try to find ways to accept the ownus of her & her team's mistake & thereby creating exception. She gave me a solution that she will give warring letter to the concerned staff- which was not the solution for my problem. Was this information helpful? |
