Vodafone India — Some random Value added services are being activated automatically consecutively | |||
Again i have to come back to complain against the same issue. I'm highly disappointed now with vodafone. I am a loyal vodafone postpaid customer since july 2013. I haven't expected this from vodafone what i had faced recently. Starting from this month, some random value added services are being automatically activated on my mobile number which i had to deactivate every time. I'm being charged for the services that i have not activated from my end. This activation happened 6 times consecutively since 31st may. Every time whenever i browse or surf some random websites, these services are being activated without any reason and without entering any captcha to confirm. However, there is no such links can be seen on the web page to activate such services. Then why am i being a victim every time? Where's my fault? Should i stop browsing internet or stop using your cellular service? I can see 210 rs charged for 4 vas activated without consent this month on my account. Two services were activated on 2nd june and other two on 5th june consecutively. It's frustrating. This is extremely fraudulent and illegal as per trai regulations. I want my money to be refunded and if not i would have to discontinue using vodafone within a month. This is really a mental harassment and should be stopped asap. Kindly raise this matter to concern team and resolve as soon as possible. I already complained here for the same issue on 2nd june but no reply i received, so again highlighting the matter to you hoping for the response this time. Was this information helpful? | |||
